Public Health Engineering Division Khyber Invites Consultancy Bids for Tang to Sarki Kaman Shinko Drinking Water Scheme (ADP No. 25092)

Public Health Engineering Division Khyber, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites proposals for hiring consultancy services (quality-and-cost-based, Single Stage Two Envelopes) for design review and supervision of the Drinking Water Supply Scheme Tang to Sarki Kaman Shinko under ADP No. 25092. Proposals must be submitted through the ePADS portal.

Eligible consultant firms must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council with relevant PEC codes and registered with KRA and FBR. Technical and financial proposals shall follow the Single Stage Two Envelopes procedure; a bid declaration certificate must be uploaded on ePADS. A performance security of 10% of the bid amount is required in the form of Call Deposit Receipt or Bank Guarantee in favour of the Executive Engineer, PE Division. A pre-bid meeting will be held in the office of the Chief Engineer (Central Public Health Engineering) on 27 July 2026 at 1200 hours. The procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals.
