Issuer: Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering (PHE) Division Swabi, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Public Health Engineering (PHE) Division Swabi invites electronic bids under Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Procurement Rules (KPPRA) 2014 on a single stage, single envelope basis from eligible firms/contractors. Bidders must register on the EPADS e-procurement system and submit tender documents online. Contractors/firms must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and code (CE-09 and CE-10), with active registration in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) and Provincial Enlistment Committee as applicable.
General conditions include submission of bid security and additional security as required and a non-refundable bidding document fee of 0.03% of the estimated cost (in the prescribed form). Bids will be opened in the presence of authorized representatives as per rules.
