Tender for Road Construction Works in District Jaffarabad, Balochistan — Deadline 2026-08-20

Issuer: Executive Engineer (Road), CWPP&H Department, District Jaffarabad. Two electronic tenders (TSE-2627081151183 & TSE-2627081151293) are invited for road construction works for the year 2026 on composite schedule rates 2023 on percentage rates.

Tender fee: PKR 1,500. Bid security: 2% of the estimated cost for each work (bank guarantee / deposit at call from a scheduled bank in the name of the undersigned). Procurements will be made under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules, 2014. Procurement procedure: Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure.

Eligibility and requirements:

• Presence in Active Tax Payer List.
• Firm must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan.
• Balochistan Revenue Authority registration is required.
• The bidder must have completed 2 assignments of similar nature in recent years demonstrating required turnover as specified in bidding documents.
• Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) C-5 and above (up to PKR 65 million) in relevant category and specialized code as specified in the bidding documents.
