How to obtain bidding documents: Prescribed bidding documents containing terms, conditions and item details may be obtained from the office of the undersigned on written application on firm letterhead during office hours. Documents must be accompanied by proof of payment of the tender document fee (TR-6 challan) and a copy of the challan.
Submission & opening: Sealed tenders must be submitted to the office of the Secretary Health Gilgit-Baltistan on or before the specified date/time for each category. Tenders will be opened on the same date/time in the presence of contractors/suppliers or their authorized representatives.
Bid security / call deposit: The required call deposit (amount shown above) must be submitted with each bid in the form of Bank Draft / Pay Order from a scheduled bank in the name of DDO, Secretary Health Office Gilgit-Baltistan. Tender without the call deposit will be rejected.
Eligibility & required documents: Registered firms only. Bidders must provide registration certificate, bank statements for the last two years, work experience in the relevant field, affidavit of non-blacklisting, and any other supporting documents as specified in the bidding documents. Contractors/suppliers should have the complete setup/technical staff required for the category they bid for.
Other conditions: Incomplete, conditional or handwritten tenders will not be accepted. Tender document fee must be deposited in Government Treasury where specified; failing which the bid will be rejected. The Secretary Health Gilgit-Baltistan reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders as per prevailing rules/guidelines.
