Office of the Executive Engineer, PHE & Building Division, C&W, Skardu (Government of Gilgit-Baltistan) invites sealed bids from reputable and experienced contractors/firms registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council for the construction of the Chief Minister Camp Office at Skardu under GB PPRA Rules 2032, Clause 39(b) using the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure.
Bid documents are available from the office of the undersigned during office hours. Technical bids prepared in accordance with the evaluation criteria must be submitted in hard form in sealed envelopes to the Superintending Engineer, Communication & Works Department, Skardu Circle (Parishan Chowk) before the closing date and time. Late submissions will not be entertained. Mandatory conditions, general conditions, and the evaluation criteria are available on the GB PPRA website.
