Pakistan Software Export Board (Guarantee) Limited (PSEB) invites proposals from reputed advertising agencies/firms registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax departments for pre-qualification under an Open Framework Agreement. Submit sealed proposals to the Manager Procurement, PSEB, Plot #61, 6th Floor, adjacent to Saudi Pak Tower, Jinnah Avenue, Blue Area, Islamabad.
Bids must be submitted by 2026-08-11 on or before 03:00 PM; bids will be opened the same day at 03:30 PM. Bidding documents, evaluation criteria and terms are available on the PSEB website and PPRA-EPMS portal. For queries call 051-9202295 (Ext: 117) or 051-9215098.
