Tender: Construction of Jadgamalikyar Road, Pishin (PSDP No. 1207/22026.0642)

Issuer: Executive Engineer, Communication Department (Roads), Pishin. Procurement under Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (BPPRA) Rules 2014 and Pakistan Engineering Council By-Laws.

Purpose: Construction of Jadgamalikyar Road. Single-stage, two-envelope bidding procedure. Only electronic bids will be accepted; no physical bids are required.

Eligibility: Valid, updated registration/renewal with Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant category (C-3 & above) with relevant codes; up-to-date tax registration where applicable (NTN, Sales Tax Department, BRA). Bidders must have completed at least 3 similar nature assignments. Other eligibility criteria are detailed in the bidding documents.

How to obtain bidding documents: From the office of the Executive Engineer (Roads), Pishin, on production of a green challan (non-refundable fee as above) deposited in head of account C-02718 Civil Works through Government Treasury / National Bank of Pakistan, or downloaded from the BPPRA website (www.bppra.gob.pk). Bidders who download documents must also provide the deposited green challan. Call deposit must be submitted in the office of the undersigned on or before opening of the technical bid. Bank drafts and banker’s checks are not acceptable.

Bid submission deadline: 2026-08-20 at 10:00 AM. Technical bid opening: 2026-08-20 at 11:00 AM. Bids validity: 90 days. The procuring authority reserves the right to reject all bids as per BPPRA rules. Firms providing unsubstantiated or incorrect information may be disqualified and face legal action.
