Executive Engineer, PHE Division Surab invites sealed bids from eligible contractors for multiple drilling, development, repair and rehabilitation works for water supply schemes in Surab District under the Annual Programme for the Year 2026. Procurement will follow the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules (2014).
Key submission and bid conditions
- Tender documents, eligibility criteria and bidding procedure (Single-Stage Two-Envelope) are available from the office of the Executive Engineer, PHE Division Surab.
- Tender fee: PKR 2,000 (per package).
- Bid security: 2% of the quoted/estimated cost in the form of Bank Guarantee / Deposit at Call in the name of the undersigned or a scheduled bank as specified in the bidding documents.
- All bidders must be registered on the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA, Government of Balochistan, where applicable.
