Urban Areas Development Authority (UADA), Swat invites bids for auction of 06 commercial units at Kanju Township Phase-I on monthly rental basis. The public auction will be held on 2026-08-26 at 11:00 AM in the Office of the Director, Urban Areas Development Authority, Kanju Township, Swat.

Important participation and payment conditions:
- Each bidder must deposit a security of Rs. 300,000 (Pak Rupees Three Hundred Thousand) for each shop or car parking being bid for. Security must be submitted as a bank draft/call deposit/pay order in the name of "Director, Urban Areas Development Authority Swat" prior to the auction. Security of unsuccessful bidders will be refunded after finalization.
- The successful bidder must deposit six (06) months' rent (as declared successful by the Competent Authority) by bank draft in the name of "Director Urban Areas Development Authority" or by bank challan into the designated UADA Swat account within seven (7) working days of award. Failure to comply will result in cancellation of the award and forfeiture of the security amount in favour of the Authority.
- All other terms and conditions as per the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Urban Areas Development Authorities Auction Regulations, 2022 shall apply.
