DIG Police Investigation Office, Gilgit-Baltistan invites sealed bids under GB PPRA Rules 2022 from registered, financially sound firms with relevant experience for repair, maintenance and supply of spare parts for DIG Investigation Office vehicles (four- and two-wheelers) for the financial year 2026–2027. Bids are to be submitted to the DIG Police Investigation Office, Sakwar, Gilgit using the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure.
Sealed bids must be received before 2026-08-06 11:00 AM and will be opened at 11:30 AM the same day. Technical bids will be opened in the presence of contractors; financial proposals of technically qualified bidders will be opened after technical evaluation. Bid security: Call Deposit of Rs. 200,000/- in the name of DIG Police Investigation, Gilgit-Baltistan. Bid documents (terms, conditions and evaluation criteria) may be collected from the DIG Police Investigation Office, Sakwar/Gilgit on firm letterhead against a fee of Rs. 4,000. The successful bidder must furnish a 10% performance guarantee (call deposit/bank guarantee).
