NIT — Repair/Overhaul of Pumping Unit (315 kW) | Executive Engineer, Mianwali Canal Division

Issuer: Executive Engineer, Mianwali Canal Division, Mianwali. Notice Inviting Tender (NIT) for one work package. Eligible contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and with valid enlistment/registration on the Punjab e-procurement/EPADS platform may participate. Tender documents, detailed terms and conditions and BOQ are available on the Punjab e-procurement (EPADS) website and can be obtained free of cost as per EPADS/PPRA procedures. Contractors must have valid PEC registration and valid enlistment/registration for the year 2025-26 with proof of renewal where applicable.

Key submission requirements: Bids must include bid security/earnest money of 5% of the estimated cost in the form of a Bank Guarantee or Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) from a scheduled bank in Pakistan in favour of the Executive Engineer, Mianwali Canal Division. Original documents/guarantees must be delivered as required by the tender conditions. Manual bids submitted by hand or through means other than the EPADS portal will not be accepted. All other instructions, evaluation criteria and conditions follow PPRA Rules and the Standard Contract Agreement.
