Bid security and submission method:

Bid security must be submitted online per Punjab e-Procurement guidelines. Acceptable offline forms for bid security include Call Deposit Receipt, Demand Draft, Pay Order or Banker’s Cheque, but bidders must upload/submit their complete e-bids via the e-PADS portal (uploading PDF files) as specified in the tender documents.

Eligibility & conditions:

Only contractors holding PEC category C-6 or above (relevant CE code) are eligible to submit bids. Bidders must follow the Punjab e-Procurement (e-PADS) procedures; encrypted/ electronic files and timelines as per the e-PADS rules will be applied.
