Important terms & participation requirements:
- Bid security: Rs. 50,000 in the shape of CDR in favour of Chief Engineer & PD WAPDA CB&CRBC Chashma, District Mianwali.
- At auction, the successful bidder must deposit 25% (one-fourth) of the highest bid immediately at the fall of the hammer.
- The remaining 75% plus applicable taxes/deductions (e.g. under Section 236-A) and other charges must be deposited within 21 days of issuance of the acceptance letter by the Competent Authority; failure to do so may lead to forfeiture of the deposited amount.
- Bidders must provide a copy of CNIC and correct postal address and mobile number before participation.
- One participant may bid for a maximum of five (05) plots at a time.
- All auction procedures are subject to PPR & WAPDA Material Disposal rules; decision of Chief Engineer & PD CB&CRBC shall be final and binding.
