Cantonment Board Wah Cantt notifies that according to office record Property No. 1042-D, Survey No. 16, located in Lala Rukh, Wah Cantt, is held in the name of Muhammad Ajaz Beg son of Ishaq Beg. Muhammad Ajaz Beg has appointed Ms. Samira Naz Mirza, on behalf of Muhammad Younus Mirza (resident of House No. 136/1-CB-A Shah Wali Colony, Wah Cantt), as general attorney by document No. 0000031-206-095 dated 2026-01-27.
Ms. Samira Naz Mirza has applied to transfer the proprietary rights of the property to Muhammad Younus Mirza son of Nisar Ahmad by oral gift (Shariah). Any person or institution having objections must submit evidence to the Cantonment Board Wah office by registered post or in person within 15 days of this notice; otherwise the matter will be processed and no appeal will be accepted.
