Tender: Supply of Wadda During Flood Season (FY 2026-2027) — Additional Deputy Commissioner (Finance & Planning), Gujrat

Additional Deputy Commissioner (Finance & Planning), Gujrat invites e-tenders from reputed contractors, firms, suppliers and service providers for supply of goods/consumables (Supply of Wadda) during the flood season for the financial year 2026-2027 under PPRA rules.

Key instructions and requirements:

- Bidding/Submission: Bids must be submitted online through the PPRA e-procurement system (ePADS). Tender documents and bidding instructions can be downloaded from the PPRA / Punjab e-procurement portals before the closing date.

- Deadline: Firms/suppliers must quote online and submit on ePADS on or before 2026-08-15 not later than 12:00 PM. The quoted rates will be opened/announced online on the same date (time announced with the tender). Manual bids will not be accepted.

- Eligibility: Firms/organizations must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for Income and Sales Tax and have an active taxpayer profile.

- Financial securities: Technical proposal must include bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost of quoted items in favor of Deputy Commissioner, Gujrat. The successful bidder must deposit a performance guarantee equal to 5% of the total contract value in the name of Deputy Commissioner, Gujrat.

- Procedure: Bids will be processed under Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure as per PPRA Rules 2014 (as amended). The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance as per Rules. Grounds for rejection will be communicated to bidders on request.

- Validity and supply: The rates for goods & consumables must remain valid as specified in the tender; the contractor/supplier must supply goods/items as and when required by the department during the stated financial year, subject to availability and allocation of funds.

- Other: Bidders should ensure completeness of financial bids (including all taxes/charges). Incomplete, unsigned or unstamped bids, bids without required security, or bids submitted by unlisted firms may be rejected.
