Scope: Framework contract for local purchase of medicines (multinational and national companies), and disposable/surgical items. Electronic bids will be evaluated on the basis of maximum discount from retail price.
Procedure and Eligibility: Bidding through Open Competitive Bidding (Single Stage – Two Envelope) under Punjab Procurement Rules (PPRA) 2014 (amended 2022) and Punjab procurement regulations 2024. Tender is open to eligible bidders registered on E-PADS who submit online bids as defined in the bidding document.
Documents & Submission: Bidding documents are available free of cost on the e-procurement portals until closing date: http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk and PPRA site www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk. Bids must be uploaded via E-PADS. Required physical bid security (CDR/Pay Order/Demand Draft) must be delivered to the Medical Superintendent, THQ Hospital Kahuta by the closing time. NTN and Sales Tax registration certificates and a valid renewed Category A drug sale license must be uploaded on E-PADS prior to tender opening.
Notes: Taxes will be deducted as per government rules. All quoted prices should be inclusive of taxes. No negotiations are expected; bidders should submit best and final prices. Tender award and verification of licenses will be decided by the procurement committee.
