Tehsil Headquarters (THQ) Hospital Kahuta, District Rawalpindi invites electronic bids from reputable firms/agencies with a sound financial background and engaged in pharmacy business/chain of pharmacists/distributors. Eligible bidders must hold a valid Retail Drug Sale License (Category A) for supply of drugs, medicines, surgical items and disposables for Local Purchase (LP) for the year 2026-27.

How to bid & eligibility: Bidding will be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding (Single Stage - Two Envelope) under the Punjab Procurement Rules (PPRA) 2014 (amended 2022) and is open to bidders registered on the E-PADs / e-procurement platform. Electronic bids must be uploaded/submitted as defined in the bidding documents. Bidding documents are available free of cost on the mentioned e-procurement websites until the closing date.
Bid documents & security: Bidding documents must be accompanied by bid security valid for 180 days in the form of CDR/Pay Order/Demand Draft from a Scheduled Bank in Pakistan drawn in favor of the Medical Superintendent, THQ Hospital Kahuta. Bids must be delivered before the closing time and will be opened in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend.
Tax & registration: All quoted prices shall be inclusive of all taxes. NTN and Sales Tax registration certificate and valid renewal of license (Category A) must be uploaded on E-PADs prior to tender opening.
Procurement rules: All procurement shall be governed under PPRA Rules 2014 as amended and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. Decision on award will be made by the procurement committee.
