Any person or organization having any objection to the proposed purchase by way of inheritance, mortgage, dispute, gift, lease, lien, charge, maintenance, easement or otherwise must inform the undersigned in writing with proof within 15 days of publication of this notice. Claims received after the stipulated period will not be entertained.
