Key details: Procurement will follow the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 on a Single Stage – Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. Technical and financial bids must be submitted separately, duly completed, signed, stamped and in conformity with the Tender Document. Tender documents are available and downloadable free of cost at the PITB and PPRA Punjab websites: www.pitb.gov.pk and www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk.
Submission method: Bids must be submitted online via the Punjab E-Procurement System (eP) website: https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk. Deadline for submission is 11:00 hours on 2026-08-10; bids will be opened at 11:30 hours on the same date, as per PPRA Rules, 2014. Bidders are advised to upload their bids on the eP Portal and ensure submission before the deadline; PITB will not be responsible for late submissions due to portal delays.
