Banking Court No.1 Hyderabad (Presiding Judge Abdul Waheed Sheikh) has ordered a public auction under Execution No. 13 of 2024, Suit No. 66 of 2023, to recover Rs 519,690 (inclusive of costs). The property up for sale is agricultural land (Survey Nos. 226, 228, 222, 23; Passbook No. 71135) located in Deh Hangorani, District Tando Allahyar. Declared sale value is Rs 2,500,000 per acre.
