Issuer: Military Estates Officer, Lahore Circle.

Notice of oral gift: Mr. Zulqarnain Ahmad S/O Brig (Retd) Bashir Ahmad, lessee of Plot No. 2-A (Survey No. 94/2-A), measuring 398.53 sq. meters located at Sarwar Road, Lahore Cantt, has gifted 50% of the leasehold rights in favour of his wife, Mrs. Irum Ahmad, by Declaration of Oral Gift dated 09-06-2026, effective 09-06-2026 under the provisions of Muhammadan Law.

Objections: Any person having objection to this oral gift must submit their objection to the Military Estates Officer within 15 days from the publication date of this notice. If no objection is received within the 15-day period, mutation of 50% share of the leasehold rights will be made in favour of Mrs. Irum Ahmad W/O Zulqarnain Ahmad and no claim will be entertained thereafter.
