E-Bidding Tender: Supply of 72V 300Ah (22.00 kWh) Lithium Batteries with Charger — Cantonment Board Peshawar

Issuer: Military Lands & Cantonments Department, Cantonment Board Peshawar.

Purpose: Electronic bids are invited for the provision of lithium batteries with chargers as detailed below. Bidding will be conducted online via the PPRA ePADS system. Tender form and BOQ must be filled online and can be downloaded from the PPRA ePADS website.

Eligibility and submission requirements:

• Firms/suppliers/manufacturers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (FBR).
• All bidders must have valid GST, NTN & STRN.
• Financial bidding will be submitted online through PPRA ePADS.
• A 5% bid security (call deposit) of the estimated cost must be submitted in original from a scheduled bank, sealed in an envelope, and delivered by courier or contractor representative before the closing date/time.
• Conditional tenders and tenders without the required call deposit will not be entertained.
• Cantonment Board Peshawar may demand rate analysis from bidders to verify reasonability and workability; quoted rates will remain valid until completion and no escalation is admissible.
• All government taxes will be deducted as per rules. The Board will not supply materials or machinery to contractors.
• The Cantonment Executive Officer/Cantonment Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders prior to approval as per Rule 33(1) of PPRA Rules 2004.
