The Office of the Cantonment Board Wah announces proposed transfer of hereditary rights in respect of properties bearing Survey Nos. 389-C and 390-C (Survey No. 16) in Wah Cantonment following the death of Manzoor Hussain on 2024-06-13. The deceased was unmarried; legal heirs have been identified and an application has been submitted to record transfer of ownership in their names.
Anyone having objections must submit them with supporting evidence to the Office of the Cantonment Board Wah within 15 days of this publication. Objections should be filed in person or by registered submission; otherwise the board will proceed according to rules and no later claims will be entertained. Issued by the Executive Officer, Cantonment Board Wah.
