The Excise & Taxation Department (Motor Registering Authority) Islamabad invites sealed technical bids/profiles for pre-qualification of firms, suppliers or workshops established in Islamabad for supply, repair and maintenance works.
Scope (pre-qualification categories):

How to apply: Submit sealed technical profiles/bids for pre-qualification. Applications must be submitted both manually and via EPADS 2.0. Pre-qualification documents, terms and conditions can be obtained from the undersigned's office during office hours.
Opening of bids/profiles: Sealed profiles/technical bids will be opened in the office in the presence of authorised representatives of participating firms on 11.07.2026 at 02:30 PM. The department reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules and regulations.
