LG&RDD District Shangla - Notice Inviting EPADs for Model Street, PCC Road & Beautification Works (July 2026)

Local Government & Rural Development Department, District Shangla invites sealed tenders (Single Stage Single Envelope through ePADS) for multiple civil works (beautification, construction of model streets, drains, footpaths, PCC roads, street lights and uplifting/beautification of PCC roads) in various union councils of District Shangla. Bids must be submitted via the e-procurement portal and accompanied by original bid security/earnest money.

Key procurement instructions: download bidding documents from the provincial ePADS portal (kp.eprocure.gov.pk). Earnest money is 2% of the estimated cost (as specified per package). Original bid security and required documents must be delivered to the Office of Assistant Director, LG&RDD District Shangla (College Road, Alpurai) before the stated submission deadline.
