THQ Hospital Burewala Auction – Parking Services (Tender No. 01/2026)

Medical Superintendent, Tehsil Head Quarter (THQ) Hospital Burewala (Health & Population Welfare Department, Government of the Punjab) invites eligible bidders (firms/contractors registered with the Income Tax Department) for the auction of parking services for the hospital for FY 2026-2027. Original Category-A license is compulsory. Bidders must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement / ePADS platform prior to submission.

Bidding will follow Open Competitive Bidding (Single Stage – Two Envelope) in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules (PPRA) 2014 (amended). Bidders must register on the e-Procurement supplier platform and complete the online bid submission process. Original bid security (CDR/Pay Order/Demand Draft) must be delivered to the Medical Superintendent's office as required in the bidding instructions or the bid will be disqualified.

Payment terms for the successful bidder: submit 34% of the annual amount in advance within five days of auction; the remaining amount to be paid in two installments (approx. 33% each) on the dates indicated in the bidding documents. Failure to remit required amounts will result in cancellation and forfeiture of bid security.
