The Ministry of Industries & Production invites pre-qualification proposals from reputed firms/vendors in Islamabad/Rawalpindi for repair and maintenance services during 2026–27, including official vehicles (Suzuki, Toyota, Honda), motorcycles, IT hardware (computers, printers, scanners), IT equipment (laptops, servers), machinery and office equipment (photocopiers, fax), air conditioners, electric geysers, repainting of furniture, software maintenance, and office building repairs.
Pre-qualification documents are available from the Ministry at Podium A-Block, Pak Secretariat, Islamabad and on the Ministry/PPRA websites. Interested firms with NTN, GST, Vendor Number and an Active Taxpayer Certificate should submit sealed proposals to Podium A-Block, Pak Secretariat, Islamabad by 2026-07-27 10:30 AM; bids will be opened the same day at 11:00 AM. Electronic proposals will not be entertained except where submission via the PPRA e-portal is required. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal in accordance with PPRA rules.
