EPAD E-Tender Notice — Municipal Committee Jalalpur Jattan (Financial Year 2026-27)

Issuer: Municipal Committee Jalalpur Jattan. The Municipal Committee invites e-tenders through the Punjab PPRA e-Procurement System (E-PAD) for works to be executed during Financial Year 2026-27.

Eligibility & key conditions: Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category for FY 2026-27 and must be registered on the Punjab E-PAD portal. Bids must be submitted electronically via the E-PAD portal. A scanned copy of the earnest money (Call Deposit Receipt) equal to 2% of the estimated cost must be uploaded with the bid; the original CDR in favour of Municipal Committee Jalalpur Jattan must be delivered to the Tender Opening Committee at the Municipal Committee office at least 30 minutes before bid opening. Failure to submit the original CDR on time will render the bid non-responsive.

Other important instructions: Bids will be opened electronically in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee. Submission of forged or false documents will result in blacklisting and legal action. The Municipal Committee reserves the right to reject any or all bids under PPRA Rules. The successful bidder must furnish a Performance Security before issuance of Letter of Acceptance/Work Order. Applications received by post, courier or email will not be considered.
