CDA Tender: Improvement/Rehabilitation of Approach Road to IT Park (Kurri Road to Zong HQ) – Bid Due 2026-07-30

Issuer: Capital Development Authority (CDA), Road Division-I. The CDA invites electronic bids from eligible firms licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) with a valid registration certificate in category C-6 or above (Project Code: CE-01 for 2026-27) for the improvement/rehabilitation of the approach road to the IT Park from Kurri Road to Zong HQ, Islamabad.

Eligibility & Requirements:

• PEC registration: Category C-6 or above (Project Code CE-01 for 2026-27).
• Bidding procedure: Rule 36(a), Single-Stage, One-Envelope of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
• Bid security: Pay Order or CDR drawn from the bidder's own account for the stated amount in favor of Deputy Director Road Division-I, CDA. A scanned copy of the bid security must be uploaded on E-PADS (PDF); the original must be submitted to the office of the Deputy Director Road Division-I, CDA, along with attested copies of PEC registration certificate, CNIC and tax registration certificate before bid opening.

Submission & Opening:

• Download and submit bids online through PPRA E-PADS portal (eprocure.gov.pk) as per instructions in the bidding documents. Bidding documents are available on eprocure.gov.pk and ppra.org.pk. No hard copy will be issued. Only firms registered on E-PADS are eligible.
• Deadline for online submission: 2026-07-30 at 11:30 hrs. Manual bids will not be entertained.
• Bid opening: 2026-07-30 at 12:00 Noon via E-PADS in the presence of the procurement committee and authorized representatives at the Office of Director Roads, CDA, Islamabad.
