Office of the Medical Superintendent, King Abdullah Teaching Hospital Mansehra invites quotations through EPADS for direct contracting (Single Stage–Single Envelope) for the financial year 2026-27. Quotations are invited for supply/contracting of the following services and items. Bidders must follow the instructions below and submit bids via the EPADS system only.

Key instructions & eligibility
1. Each quotation must be submitted in a separate envelope for each item; the item for which quotation is submitted should be clearly mentioned.
2. Quotations must be computer printed; rates must be written in words and figures. Hand-written quotations or rates with overwriting/cutting are not acceptable.
3. Quotations must be uploaded by contractors on the EPADS system; hard copies will not be accepted at KATH Mansehra.
4. Bidders must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and should appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) maintained by FBR. Last year tax return must be attached with the quotation.
5. All applicable government taxes will be deducted from payments. Refund/adjustment of call deposit subject to procurement rules.
6. Khyber Pakhtunkhwa public procurement rules (KPPRA) and other applicable regulations will be followed. The procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per rules.
