The Office of the Provincial Election Commissioner Punjab (10 Court Street, Lahore) invites sealed tenders through PPRA ePADS V2.0 (Stage One Envelope method) for the sale of election scrap paper from General, by-, Cantonment Board and Local Government elections. Total quantity is 321,520 kg with a reserve price of Rs.65 per kg (total reserve Rs.20,898,800). Bids must include 10% bid security (Rs.2,089,880) as a Call Deposit Receipt.
Submission deadline: 2020-08-10 at 11:00 (bids opening at 11:30). Eligible bidders must be registered on ePADS V2.0, have at least three years’ relevant experience and demonstrate a minimum three-year annual turnover of Rs.30,000,000. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 2020-08-03 at the Provincial Election Commissioner’s office, 10 Court Street, Lahore.
