Preferably Certified Internal Auditor (CIA). Relevant post-qualification experience (several years) including internal audit experience; senior leadership experience in a senior management role is required. Preference for candidates with hospital/public health sector experience. | Conduct risk-based internal audits of financial, operational and administrative functions; prepare and submit audit reports with recommendations to the Board of Governors through the Audit Committee; evaluate internal controls, risk management, governance and compliance; monitor implementation of audit recommendations; coordinate with external auditors and facilitate statutory/special audits. |
| Manager Supply Chain | 3-year tenure (extendable). Market-based competitive salary. | Master’s in Supply Chain Management / Business Administration / Public Administration or equivalent. Additional weight for MS/MBA with supply chain specialization and international supply chain/procurement/logistics certifications. Minimum ~5 years' experience in supply chain, procurement & materials management. Sound knowledge of KPPRA and PPRA rules; health sector procurement experience preferred. | Ensure timely procurement, storage and supply of medicines, medical equipment, furniture, consumables and other goods; manage stores, warehousing and inventory to maintain optimal stock levels and prevent stock-outs; plan and optimize procurement, inventory and logistics for cost-effective, transparent and timely availability; liaison with clinical and administrative departments to forecast demand; manage procurement contracts, execution of projects and integration with hospital ERP procurement/inventory modules. |
| Manager Facilities | 3-year tenure (extendable). Market-based competitive salary. | Master’s degree or 16-year bachelor’s in management, environmental sciences or an engineering degree from a recognized university. Approximately 6 years post-qualification managerial/administrative experience in facility management; hospital experience preferred. Strong skills in strategic planning for housekeeping, laundry, F&B, pest control, horticulture, waste management, maintenance and housing. | Oversee operation, maintenance and upkeep of hospital, medical college, hostels and other facilities; manage housekeeping, laundry, pest control, horticulture, waste management and related support services; supervise preventive maintenance of civil, electrical, HVAC, plumbing and related infrastructure; manage food & beverage services and outsourced service contracts; ensure compliance with hygiene and regulatory standards. |
