Issuer: Lahore Waste Management Company (LWMC). LWMC invites bids for procurement of equipment for the implementation of the Black Soldier Fly Composting Pilot Project at LWMC. Joint ventures/consortiums are not allowed. National competitive bidding will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System under Rule 38(2)(a) (Single Stage One Envelope, least-cost selection).
Bidding documents are available immediately after publication on the PPRA Punjab and Punjab e-Procurement System websites free of charge. Bids must be submitted online only via the Punjab e-Procurement System.
