Executive Engineer (Building), CWP&PB Department, District Kachhi invites sealed tenders under Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 for the following package.

Eligibility & Requirements: Bidders must be active taxpayers and not blacklisted by any procuring agency. Valid registration with relevant authorities is required. Firms must provide proof of financial capacity, turnover and prior experience — including completion of similar assignments (three assignments) and PEC registration in the appropriate category (specialized code for Solar/Electrical works as specified). Procurement Procedure & Submission: Single stage, single envelope procedure. Bids must be accompanied by the specified bid security and submitted in the name of the undersigned as per instructions in the bidding documents.
