National Electronics Complex of Pakistan (NECP) invites sealed bids through Single Stage One Envelope Procedure from manufacturers/suppliers in Pakistan registered with Income Tax & Sales Tax Departments for the supply of items for FY 2026-2027.

How to obtain bidding documents: A complete set of bidding documents containing detailed terms & conditions and specifications can be purchased from the NECP office on submission of a written request on the firm’s letterhead and payment of the tender fee (non-refundable) between 1000 to 1600 hrs on working days. Documents are also available on www.ppra.org.pk.
Bid security: Bids must accompany earnest money equal to 2% of the total bid value in the name of National Electronics Complex of Pakistan in the shape of Pay Order / Demand Draft / Call Deposit.
Submission procedure & other conditions: Single Stage One Envelope procedure. NECP may accept or reject any or all tenders (in part or whole) as per PPRA Rules 2004.
