The City Police Officer, Multan invites bids through the Punjab E-Procurement System for multiple framework contracts on FOR basis for the financial year 2026-2027. Contracts cover supply and repair items including POL and lubricants, stationery and printing, sports and bedding, plant & machinery, furniture and IT equipment, machinery and building repair, transport repair and horse feed, with estimated contract values ranging from Rs. 5,000,000 to Rs. 30,000,000.
Bidding will be conducted via Open Competitive Bidding (Single Stage–Two Envelope). Bidders must upload e-bids on the Punjab E-Procurement System and submit a hard-copy bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost (CDR, demand draft or banker’s cheque from a scheduled bank). NTN, Sales Tax, Professional Tax, Punjab Sales Tax (where applicable) and income tax documentation are required. Bidding documents and further information are available on the Punjab E-Procurement System and from the office of the City Police Officer, Multan.
