PRMSC Tender Notice — 13 Civil Works Packages under PRSWSSP (Punjab)

Issuer: Punjab Rural Municipal Services Company (PRMSC), Lahore.

Opportunity: Request for Bids (RFB) for multiple Civil Works packages under the Punjab Rural Sustainable Water Supply and Sanitation Project (PRSWSSP). A total of 13 separate civil works contracts for rural water & sanitation related civil works across several tehsils/clusters in Punjab are advertised.

• Procurement method: Competitive tendering by Request for Bids (RFB) in accordance with the World Bank procurement regulations for IPF Borrowers.
• Packages: 13 civil works packages (individual PK-LG & CD CW-RFB contract packages).
• Pre-bid meeting: 2016-07-16 at 13:00 hours at the PRMSC Conference Room (interested bidders should attend).
• Bid submission deadline: 2016-08-04 at 15:00 hours (bids must be delivered to the address below on or before this time).
• Bid opening: 2016-08-04 at 15:30 hours.
• Bid security: Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the prescribed amount, issued as a Bank Guarantee or Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in the name of "Punjab Rural Municipal Services Company".
• Bid documents: Bidding Documents can be downloaded from the PRMSC website and obtained from the PRMSC office during working hours upon request. PRMSC does not accept responsibility for non-receipt of clarifications where bidders fail to follow the prescribed procedures.
