Auction: Disposal of Used Shell Oil and Scrap Gas Equipment at Chashma Site, Mianwali

Manager (W-H), Chashma Barrage Colony invites sealed quotations for disposal of the undernoted items on an "as is, where is" basis. Tender documents are available from the Warehouse (W-H) against a non-refundable fee of Rs. 1,000.

Key conditions and submission instructions:

1. Inspection: Interested persons may inspect the scrap at the Chashma site on any working day (Monday to Thursday) from 09:00 to 15:00 by prior appointment. Security-cleared persons must bring their original CNIC at the time of inspection.

2. Earnest Money: A call deposit equal to 10% of the quoted price (refundable) in favour of Manager (Accounts), Site Office is required with the quotation.

3. Submission: Submit sealed quotations with a copy of CNIC, phone/cell number and firm details to the Manager, W-H Site Office, Chashma. Envelopes must be clearly marked "Quotation for Scrap Items". Quotations must reach within 20 days after the advertisement.

4. Opening: Quotations will be opened at the Abaseen Club, Chashma Colony, District Mianwali in the presence of interested, security-cleared bidders.

5. Payment and Delivery: The successful bidder must deposit 25% of the offered value (cash/CDR) with the Accounts Division cashier immediately. The balance plus income tax (10% for tax filers; 15% for non-filers as indicated) must be paid within ten days. Delivery of scrap will be made only after full payment; failure will result in forfeiture of the 25% security and cancellation of the offer.

6. GST: Rates must state whether inclusive or exclusive of GST. If GST status is not specified, the quoted rate will be considered inclusive of GST.

7. Rights: The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations as per prevailing rules. The tender is also posted on the PPRA website under public sector organizations.
