Notice inviting online electronic bids (Single Stage Two Envelope procedure) from eligible firms/contractors registered with PEC, KPRA and FBR under Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Rules. Bidders must submit technical and financial bids through the E-PADS system.
