Banking Court No.11, Karachi (Judge Noshaba Qazi) announces a public auction in execution of Case No. 200 of 2021, Execution No. 42 of 2024, of a seized immovable property: Plot No. CC11, Scheme No. 33 (Gulzar-e-Hijri), Karachi (approx. 96 sq. yards).
The auction will be held on 2006-08-27 at 11:00 AM at Banking Court No.11, Karachi. Reported market value is Rs. 3,325,000 with a reserve/upset value of Rs. 2,826,250. The highest bidder must deposit 25% of the bid by pay order or bank draft at the time of acceptance (cash or cheque not accepted); the balance must be paid within 15 days of the auction. Sale is subject to court confirmation and the court reserves the right to cancel or reject any bid.
