WAPDA (Chief Engineer (Power), GB, WAPDA Power Complex, Barotha-Attock) invites electronic bids (E-Bid Ref. OP/ITR-269(1)) for the procurement of spare parts for a 500 kV circuit breaker on FOB basis. Eligible bidders are bona fide manufacturers, authorized distributors, suppliers and contractors registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and listed on the FBR Active Tax Payers List (ATL). Contract completion period is 120 days from issuance of the purchase order.
Bids must be submitted via EPADS (epads.gov.pk) by 03-09-2026 at 11:00 Hrs; bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 Hrs in the Conference Room, Main Office Building, GB Power Complex Colony, Barotha-Attock. A bid security of Rs. 1,329,000.00 in original (CDR) in favor of Chief Engineer (Power), GB, WAPDA Power Complex, Barotha-Attock must reach the Chief Engineer's office on or before the e-bid closing date and time.
