Issuer: National Vocational & Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC), Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training, Government of Pakistan.
Purpose: Expression of Interest (EOI) to onboard eligible training partners to deliver a free High-Tech IT training programme with international certifications under the Prime Minister’s Youth Skill Development Program (PMYSDP) Batch-III.

Important eligibility and partner requirements:
- No joint ventures (JVs) allowed.
- IT institutes / software houses preferred.
- Provision of CCTV cameras with IP links is mandatory.
- Participation as Principal / Vendor Partner (academies / institutes) only.
- Only NAVTTC-registered institutes will be entertained.
- Institutes that have not performed satisfactorily in International Certifications (Batch II) will not be entertained.
