National Highway Authority (Central Zone) invites e-Bids from eligible contractors registered with Income Tax and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List (Federal Board of Revenue) for rehabilitation and construction works on M-4 (Faisalabad–Pindi Bhattian) and improvement/upgradation works on N-5 (Lodhran–Multan). Procurement method: Single Stage – Two Envelope. Bidders must register on the NHA e-bidding portal and submit bids electronically as per instructions on the NHA website.
