E-Tender Notice – Maintenance & Repair Works (13 Packages), Buildings Division Lodhran

Issuer: Communication & Works Department, Buildings Division Lodhran. Invites online e-tenders from Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registered contractors for multiple maintenance and repair schemes of government buildings in Lodhran District.

Scope: 13 separate packages for maintenance and repair of judicial complexes and colonies, session judge camp office, excise & taxation office, deputy commissioner offices/camp office, residences, circuit house and other government buildings in Lodhran. Each package is a separate contract with a six-month time limit.

Eligibility & key conditions:

• Only contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (relevant PEC categories, commonly C-6 & above) and appearing on the e-tendering portal may participate.
• All contractors must be registered on the Punjab e-Tendering portal (e.g. https://etenders.punjab.gov.pk) and follow online submission procedures.
• Bid security: Scanned copy of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) / Bid Security (2% of the estimated cost) to be uploaded with the online bid; original CDR must be submitted to the Tender Opening Committee before opening (failure to submit original may lead to disqualification). CDR to be in favour of Executive Engineer, Buildings Division Lodhran.
• Lowest bidder evaluation: If the lowest bid is more than 10% below DNIT, the bidder shall provide additional Quality Assurance Security and Performance Guarantee / Bank Guarantee as required by the procuring agency.
• All bids will be evaluated as per rules; the employer (Buildings Division Lodhran) reserves the right to accept/reject any or all tenders.
