The Medical Superintendent, Tehsil Headquarter (THQ) Hospital Burewala invites eligible bidders, firms and contractors registered with the Income Tax Department for the auction of parking services at THQ Hospital Burewala for the financial year 2026–2027. Interested bidders must be registered on the e-procurement platform and meet the eligibility requirements described below.

Eligibility & submission requirements
- Bidders must be registered with the Income Tax Department and hold a valid Category-A license (original Category-A license is compulsory for participation).
- Bidders must register and upload their documents on the e-procurement/e-platform (EPADS / e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System) to access bidding documents.
- Bids will be evaluated under Open Competitive Bidding (Single Stage – Two Envelope) as per Punjab Procurement Rules (PPRA) 2014 (amendments to date).
- A Bid Security valid for 120 days in the form of CDR/Pay Order/Demand Draft from a scheduled bank is required. The original CDR must be submitted to the Medical Superintendent’s office before bid opening, otherwise the bidder will be disqualified.
Payment & award conditions
- The successful bidder must deposit 34% of the annual amount in advance within five (5) days of the auction.
- The remaining amount is payable in two installments (33% each) on Dec-26 and March-27 (as specified in the auction terms). Failure to deposit the required amounts will result in cancellation of award and forfeiture of bid security.
- Taxes will be deducted per applicable government rules. Final prices are subject to no negotiation after submission.
