Issuer: National Highway Authority (NHA). Concessionaire: M/s Motorway Operations & Rehabilitation Company (Private) Limited (subsidiary owned by FWO). This notice announces an escalation of toll rates on the Lahore–Islamabad Motorway (M-2) in accordance with the concession agreement signed on 2014-04-23 (20-year BOT concession). A 7% escalation in toll rates is being implemented from the 13th year of the concession. The revised tolls are applicable from 2026-07-05 to 2027-04-23.
