Our client, a prestigious bank, is seeking experienced banking professionals for senior roles based at the Bank's Head Office in Muzaffarabad, Azad Jammu & Kashmir (AJK).

Position / Title	Key Qualifications	Experience	Core Skills & Responsibilities
Chief Internal Auditor (CIA) / Divisional Head, Audit & Inspection Division	Minimum Bachelor's degree from HEC-recognized local or foreign university/institution One of: Certified Internal Auditor; Certified Fraud Examiner; Certified Internal Control Auditor; OR a postgraduate degree in business/finance recognized by HEC and membership of a relevant professional body	At least 15 years professional experience in finance At least 5 years aggregate audit experience in banks/financial institutions Hands-on experience developing and implementing internal audit frameworks & strategy, preferably in large or public-sector organizations	Develop and implement the Annual Audit Plan; submit to Audit Committee Set up and maintain an effective audit function and update the Audit Manual Serve as Secretary to the Board's Audit Committee; coordinate meetings and external audit reviews Conduct professional and technical reviews of audit reports; present findings to the Audit Committee Evaluate policies and audit procedures, benchmark best practices, and recommend improvements Lead audit staff development and training; research and recommend new audit techniques Required skills: strong MS Office, presentation, analytical, communication, people-management and time-management skills
Divisional Head, Information Technology Division	Minimum Bachelor's degree in IT or related discipline from HEC-recognized university (or foreign equivalence) National/international IT certifications in addition to degree preferred	Minimum 08 years management experience preferably in banks / DFIs (as stated) Additional stated requirement: minimum 10 years of experience preferably in different banks / DFIs (as stated) Proven networking and business development experience	Overall responsibility for IT strategy, projects, governance, risk and compliance Plan and deliver IT projects within time, cost and quality constraints; coordinate with vendors Lead/guide IT team to implement applications, systems and hardware to meet business needs Experience with core banking, ATMs, mobile & internet banking and channel technologies Analyze security risks; propose and implement network security and DRP measures Represent IT in senior management, IT Board and Board meetings; may act as Secretary to IT Board Committee Familiarity with project management methodologies (waterfall/agile), budgeting and IT resource planning
