A prestigious bank with its Head Office in Muzaffarabad, Azad Jammu & Kashmir (AJK) is seeking experienced banking professionals for senior leadership roles. All positions are based at the bank's Head Office in Muzaffarabad.

Position	Key Qualifications	Experience	Key Responsibilities
Chief Internal Auditor (CIA) / Divisional Head, Audit & Inspection Division	Minimum Bachelor's degree from HEC-recognized local or foreign university. One of: Certified Internal Auditor, Certified Fraud Examiner, Certified Internal Control Auditor; OR a postgraduate degree in business/finance from an HEC-recognized university and membership of a relevant professional body.	At least 15 years professional experience in finance. At least 5 years aggregate audit experience in banks/financial institutions. Hands-on experience developing and implementing Internal Audit Manual, framework and strategy, preferably in large or public-sector organizations.	Develop, submit and implement the Annual Audit Plan; update and maintain the Audit Manual. Act as Secretary to the Board Audit Committee; arrange meetings and coordinate half-yearly/annual reviews with external auditors. Conduct professional and technical reviews of audit reports; present findings and recommendations to the Audit Committee/Board. Evaluate internal controls, audit procedures and benchmark against best practices; contribute to training and adoption of new audit techniques. Maintain and lead a professional audit team.
Divisional Head, Information Technology Division	Minimum Bachelor's degree in IT-related discipline from HEC-recognized university (or foreign equivalence). National/international IT certifications preferred.	Management experience: minimum 8 years (management level) and overall relevant experience up to 18 years at senior/management level in banks/DFIs, including establishing and running IT setups. Proven networking, business development, vendor management and IT governance experience; knowledge of Reserve Bank/technology governance and risk frameworks.	Overall responsibility for IT management processes, project delivery, infrastructure, security, disaster recovery and compliance. Plan and execute IT projects aligning technology with business objectives and budgets; supervise IT operations and vendor/service providers. Lead IT strategy, policies and implementation for banking applications, core banking systems, ATMs, mobile and internet banking. Represent IT in senior management and board-level meetings; ensure IT risk management and business continuity measures.
