A prestigious bank with its Head Office in Muzaffarabad, Azad Jammu & Kashmir is seeking experienced banking professionals for two senior leadership positions. All positions are based at the bank's Head Office in Muzaffarabad.

Position	Key Qualifications	Experience	Primary Responsibilities / Skills
Chief Internal Auditor (CIA) / Divisional Head, Audit & Inspection Division	Minimum Bachelor's degree from HEC-recognized local or foreign university/institution. One of: Certified Internal Auditor; Certified Fraud Examiner; Certified Internal Control Auditor; OR a postgraduate degree in business/finance from an HEC-recognized university and membership of a relevant professional body.	At least 15 years professional experience in the field of finance, with a minimum of 5 years aggregate audit experience in banks/financial institutions. Hands-on experience developing and implementing internal audit frameworks and strategies, preferably in large or public sector organizations.	Develop and implement the Annual Audit Plan; submit for Audit Committee review. Set up and update Audit function and Audit Manual; serve as Secretary to the Board Audit Committee and coordinate audit meetings with External Auditors. Conduct technical reviews of audit reports; present findings to the Audit Committee/Board; evaluate policies, audit procedures and risk management practices. Maintain professional audit team; research and introduce new audit techniques; uphold accounting and auditing standards. Excellent computer skills (MS Word/Excel), presentation and analytical skills, people management, and strong communication; able to manage time and workload effectively.
Divisional Head, Information Technology Division	Minimum Bachelor's degree in IT or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized university (foreign equivalence acceptable). National/international IT certifications preferred.	Minimum management experience in banks/DFIs (text references indicate 8 years and also refer to 10 years of exclusive experience in some contexts). Proven experience in networking, business development and IT/vendor management; experience implementing core banking and IT governance preferred.	Overall responsibility for IT strategy, governance, project delivery, infrastructure and security; align technology with business strategy. Plan and supervise IT projects, manage vendors, optimize resource allocation, and ensure compliance with regulations and policies. Lead implementation of IT applications/systems, core banking, e-channels (ATM, mobile, internet), disaster recovery planning and crisis management. Strong leadership, communication, analytical and project management skills; knowledge of banking applications and core banking systems; ability to represent IT at board/management level.

Location: Head Office, Muzaffarabad, Azad Jammu & Kashmir.
