Project Director — Housing Reconstruction Awaran (Foreign-Assisted) | Planning & Development Department, Balochistan

The Government of Balochistan, Planning & Development Department invites applications for the position of Project Director to lead the foreign-assisted Housing Reconstruction Awaran (HRA) project. This is an initial one-year contract (PPS-09) with possible extension; the post is for project execution in District Awaran. Age limit: 40–62 years. Local domicile: Balochistan.

Candidates must hold BE/BS (Hons) Civil Engineering (PEC-registered) and relevant postgraduate qualifications (project management, public administration/policy) with at least 10 years’ post-qualification project management experience, including foreign-funded programs.
